Using the site

You may play for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must be at least 13 years old. No account is needed and none is created.

Do not misuse the site: do not interfere with its operation or our servers, submit automated or forged scores, challenge entries, votes or feedback, or scrape or copy its puzzles and content in bulk. We may limit or refuse requests that look abusive.

Content and intellectual property

The site, its puzzles, silhouettes, measurements, text and design are ours or used under licence. The source and licence of each silhouette and figure is listed on the credits page. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the site under these terms and nothing more.

What you send us

Nicknames, challenge entries, votes and feedback remain yours, but by sending them you allow us to store, display and use them to run the game (for example, showing your nickname on a challenge board) and to improve it. Keep them lawful and inoffensive; we may remove anything that is not. Shared result links and challenge boards are visible to anyone who has the link.

Advertising

The site may show advertising served by Google. Advertisers are responsible for their own ads, and a link to another site does not mean we endorse it.

Copyright notices

If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright, please tell us directly. The copyright notice page explains what to send and what happens next.

Availability and changes

The daily puzzle, standings, challenges and shared links depend on our servers, which we may change, suspend or retire. We may change the site and these terms; material changes are announced by updating the date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it and are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of progress, streaks or scores. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including any rights you have as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be heard by the courts there unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
