This pre-launch puzzle ran from a honeybee (1.3 cm) to a sperm whale (16 m). The widest gap was round 5, American Bison against House Mouse, at 38×; the closest call was round 3, Walrus against Emperor Penguin, only 2.7× apart — the kind of round that separates a 90 from a 60.
